Vishnora is a product of ObviousThink. This policy describes how we handle personal data collected through www.vishnora.com (including demo and contact requests) and through the authenticated product.

What we collect

• Contact and demo form fields you submit (name, work email, company, role, country, message).
• Account and organisation data required to operate the product after you sign up.
• Operational logs needed for security, abuse prevention, and reliability.

How we use it

• To respond to demo, partnership, and attack-surface report requests.
• To provide and secure the product for authenticated customers.
• To improve reliability and investigate security incidents.

Sharing

We use infrastructure and email providers necessary to run the service. We do not sell personal data. Where a Slack or email notification is configured for lead intake, your form submission may be delivered to internal inboxes used by ObviousThink.

Retention

Lead records are retained for sales and follow-up unless you ask us to delete them. Product data retention follows your organisation's contract and applicable law.
